•Describe current clinical recommendations for first-line HIV antiretroviral therapy in persons diagnosed with HIV.
•List at least 2 considerations for switching HIV antiretroviral therapy in persons with co-occurring comorbidities.
•Discuss common drug-drug interactions and dosing considerations of common antiretrovirals.
