Webinar: CNS Strategies to Promote Comm&Build Relationships

The primary purpose of the webinar is to highlight and discuss strategies that enhance communication and collaboration. When communication and collaboration are not optimal outcomes may suffer including patient harm, increased length of stay, poor staff satisfaction, turnover, and increased resource utilization. An established literature base outlines the importance of a healthy work environment and CNSs have a unique opportunity to influence and shape that environment. Tune in to receive content targeted toward behaviors that can impact skilled communication, true collaboration, and assist in carrying out CNS core competencies.
